CrestFest Camping

CrestFest Camping

We have approximately 300 tent/dry RV camping sites available.  These are located on and around a grassy field within a 2-minute walk of the festival site.  Drinking water, portable toilets and solar shower stall will be supplied.  No cooking fires, no campfires, no dogs.  Countywide fire ban may or may not be in effect during the festival.  Camp stoves are allowed.   We will have food vendors throughout the festival and a pancake breakfast Sunday morning. $25 per tent site covers Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.  First come, first served.

Tent Camping

North Crestone Creek Campground—National Forest Service
Thirteen sites are available for $9/night in this popular campground.  Most sites back to North Crestone Creek, so bring your fishing pole.  Outhouses, potable water and picnic tables supplied.  These campsites are 15 minutes from the festival site by car.  First come, first served


Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve – Pinyon Flats Campground
Eighty-eight sites at $14/night. Restrooms have sinks, flush toilets, drinking water and a sink for dishwashing.  First come, first served.  Campground generally fills by noon on Friday for the weekend.  One hour south of festival site.  Call 719 378 6399 or visit http://www.nps.gov/grsa/planyourvisit/campgrounds.htm for more info.


Great Sand Dunes Oasis

Joyful Journey Hot Springs Spa
Tent camping ($60 double), dry RV parking ($60-70 double), tipis ($70 double) and yurts ($105 double) less than 30 minutes’ drive from the festival grounds. Includes use of bathhouse and soaks/sauna. 9AM - 10PM, closed Wednesdays. See http://joyfuljourneyhotsprings.com/yurts.html


Sand Dunes Swimming Pool and RV Park

UFO Watchtower
