Crestone Performances Inc.

Crestone Performances Inc. (CPI) is a non profit organization whose mission is to create a positive cultural,
educational and economic impact in the San Luis Valley by providing affordable access to quality performance and presentations representing diverse cultures and traditions. It has annually hosted the Crestone Music Festival, organizes the Youth Enrichment Program (YEP), and offers community support to local events.

CPI's Youth Enrichment Program (YEP), now in it's 16th year, produces diverse educational and cultural presentations in the 35 schools of the 14 San Luis Valley area school districts plus the San Luis Valley Boys & Girls Clubs. Several thousand youth participate each year. Past presentations have included a falconer, a portable planetarium, a robotics troupe, Austrailian Bush Poets, a Cuban band, Japanese Taiko drummers, Aztec dancers, Indian traditional music, Celtic acts, and so much more! Through your support and donations, CPI subsidizes the cost to the schools for these performances and produces each event.

With so many under-served schools and youth, there is a huge need, but tremendous opportunity. We now provide 10 - 20 school performances a year but, with your donation, we can do even more.
